Q: How are the 1:1 coaching sessions conducted?
A: Our coaching sessions will be virtual, primarily via phone. Full details will be sent after the agreement is signed.
Q: I’m excited to join. How do I pay?
A: Start by scheduling your FREE introductory call. That’s when we’ll go into great detail about the program, discuss pricing and payment options.
Q: I’m busy with home and work. How much time do I need to commit to a coaching program?
A: Personal change is a highly individual process that is based on your goals, life circumstances, and commitment. As the client, you are ultimately in charge of the pace at which you move forward.
Q: Do you offer month-to-month coaching programs?
A: Change and transformation do take time and effort. After all, it’s taken you a lifetime to get where you are today and it will take a little time to unwind so that you can spring forward into the life you are meant to live. From experience I’ve learned that, at a minimum, a 3-month program offers you the best opportunity for real growth.
